How are the fees paid?
Fees are paid in advance, per term. A duration of a term is 10 weeks long and if you join during the term we will pro-rate the fees accordingly. Payment can be made via one of the channels below:

How long are the swimming lessons?
The duration of a lesson typically lasts from 45 minutes to an hour.

Where are the swimming lesssons conducted?
We conduct private swimming lesson island-wide at your condominium or your own private pool.

What do we need to know about your child?
We ask that you notify us of any medical conditions that may or may not be impacted in the water. If there are any other behavioural/emotional/speech/hearing issues, do let us know too.

How many times a week should my child swim?
Ideally, twice – you will see infinitely faster results. Some slight regression may occur after a holiday or break. Consistency is key!

How long should I notify the coach should I want to discontinue swimming lessons altogether?
Given that fees are paid by the term, we ask that you notify us at least 1 month prior to the end of the term that you will be discontinuing. For lessons that are paid monthly, please notify us prior to the start of the new month.

Who should I talk to regarding my child's progress?
Questions and comments during your child's lesson is often counterproductive. As you will observe, our instructors are extremely involved teaching in the pool. If you have any questions with regards to your child’s progress, you can always talk to our instructors after the lesson has ended.

Can I join lessons halfway through the month?
Yes, you may. The fee paid for that month will be pro-rated.

My child has a disability, can they still join?
We aim to be an all-inclusive programme and do what we can to cater to everybody. Thus, it is important that we know about ALL medical conditions.

Should my child eat before a swimming lesson?
We recommend that your child take their meal at least an hour before the lesson, however a small drink and snack prior to the lesson should be ok. You know your child best!
